1) Police permissions (DMP)
- Download the NOC form and apply through DMP; certain formats (processions/large gatherings/route events) need explicit approval to proceed.

2) Fire safety & venue NOC
- Your venue should hold (or enable) FSCD inspection/NOC; no NOC, no greenlight. Ask for the certificate number and validity.

3) Noise control (don’t get shut down)
- Bangladesh is tightening noise rules: Residential: 55 dB day/45 dB night; Mixed-use: 60/50; Commercial: 70/60. Use limiters on PA.

4) Taxes & invoices
- Standard VAT is 15% for most goods/services (invoice clearly; quote “VAT exclusive” or “inclusive”).
