Partner Onboarding Terms And Conditions - Posh Celebration

General Terms for All Partners

By onboarding as a Partner with Posh Celebration Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Posh Celebration”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure smooth collaboration, transparency, and adherence to legal obligations. Posh Celebration reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary, and any such amendments will be communicated to Partners.

1. Partner Eligibility

  • Partners must provide valid and up-to-date business licenses and permits as required by law.
  • All Partners must complete Posh Celebration’s verification process, including but not limited to providing identification, company details, and tax documentation.
  • Partners must maintain their business, products, and services in compliance with applicable local, regional, and national regulations.

2. Listings and Products/Services

  • Partners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date descriptions, images, and specifications for their products and services.
  • Any misleading or false information provided may result in the suspension or termination of the Partner’s account.
  • Partners must update their availability, pricing, and service details promptly to reflect any changes in their offerings.

3. Payments and Fees

  • Partners will receive payments based on the agreed commission model, and payments will be transferred within the agreed time period specified on the onboarding agreement.
  • Posh Celebration retains a marketplace commission on all sales made through the platform, details of which will be specified in the Partner agreement.
  • Partners are responsible for all vat and taxes related to their sales and services as per local regulations.

4. Partner Responsibilities

  • Partners must ensure that products and services are of the highest quality and meet the customer expectations outlined in their descriptions.
  • Partners are responsible for timely delivery of services/products as agreed upon in the booking confirmation.
  • All Partner interactions with customers must be professional and adhere to Posh Celebration’s code of conduct

5. Disputes and Cancellations

  • Partners must follow the cancellation policies outlined for their specific categories and comply with refund or dispute resolutions initiated by customers.
  • In case of disputes between Partners and customers, Posh Celebration will act as a mediator, but the final resolution rests on the Partner’s adherence to these terms and the specific service agreement.

6. Termination

  • Posh Celebration reserves the right to suspend or terminate Partner accounts for non-compliance, poor performance, or legal violations.
  • Partners may terminate their relationship with Posh Celebration by providing 30 days’ notice and ensuring that all ongoing orders are fulfilled.

Category-Specific Terms

1. Equipment Partners

This category includes suppliers of audio-visual equipment, furniture, lighting, décor, etc.

  • Rental Duration and Conditions
    Equipment must be provided for the agreed rental period. Early return or late pick-up must be communicated to both the customer and Posh Celebration.
  • Condition of Equipment
    Partners must ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition and maintain standards of safety and hygiene.
  • Damages and Liability
    Any damages to equipment during an event must be reported immediately. Partners should outline their policies for repair costs or equipment replacement.
  • Delivery and Setup
    Partners are responsible for the delivery, setup, and post-event collection of equipment unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

2. People & Service Partners

This category includes suppliers of entertainment services (e.g., DJs, performers), staff (e.g., waiters, photographers), and other service providers.

  • Service Quality and Professionalism
    Partners must ensure that personnel are trained, certified (if applicable), and exhibit professional behavior during events.
  • Timeliness and Attendance
    Service providers must arrive at the event venue on time and be available for the entire duration of their contracted time unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Replacements and Cancellations
    If a Partner is unable to provide the agreed service, they must notify Posh Celebration at least 3 days in advance. Exceptions may be granted in cases involving exclusive contracts, and the Partner must provide a suitable replacement or compensation.
  • Dress Code and Appearance
    Partners must adhere to the agreed-upon dress code or theme for events, ensuring that personnel represent the Partner and Posh Celebration professionally.

3. Food & Beverage Partners

This category includes caterers, beverage suppliers, and other food-related service providers.

  • Health and Safety Compliance
    Partners must adhere to all food safety regulations, maintain proper hygiene standards, and ensure that all food items are prepared and served in sanitary conditions.
  • Menu and Ingredients
    Partners must provide accurate descriptions of their menus, including any allergens or dietary restrictions.
  • Food Delivery and Presentation
    Partners are responsible for the timely delivery and proper presentation of food as agreed upon with the customer.
  • Food Waste and Leftovers
    Partners should outline their policies on handling leftovers and waste, and any arrangements for takeaway or disposal must be communicated in advance.
  • Alcohol Licensing
    If alcohol is to be served, Partners must ensure that all necessary licenses are obtained and that legal drinking age requirements are enforced.

4. Venue Partners

This category includes venue owners and managers offering their locations for events.

  • Booking and Availability
    Venue Partners must keep their booking calendar up to date and honor all confirmed bookings through Posh Celebration.
  • Venue Condition
    Venues must be provided in a clean, well-maintained condition, as advertised, and include all amenities listed in the booking details.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Partners must outline their cancellation policies, including any non-refundable deposits or rescheduling terms. Posh Celebration follows the venue authority’s cancellation policy, but Partners may have additional terms.
  • Capacity and Regulations
    Venue Partners must adhere to fire codes, capacity limits, and any local regulations related to events. They must also inform clients of any restrictions on sound, decorations, or outside Partners.
  • Venue Staffing
    If a venue provides staff for security, cleaning, or other services, Partners must ensure that staff are present and fulfill their duties as specified in the agreement.

Miscellaneous

1. Confidentiality

All Partners agree to keep Posh Celebration’s business strategies, customer details, and platform data confidential. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate suspension and legal action if necessary.

2. Intellectual Property

Posh Celebration retains all intellectual property rights related to its platform, brand, and marketing materials. Partners may not use Posh Celebration’s brand or marketing materials without prior written consent.

3. Amendments

Posh Celebration reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of any significant changes.

By becoming a Partner on Posh Celebration’s platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your Partner account and removal from the platform.
